ICET Web Counselling Start From Aug 22 - Read EDCET 2011- B.Ed Admissions Web Counseling Start From 25 August

Ed.CET for admit in B.Ed course in Andhra Pradesh, In 2011 Web Based Counseling Notification has been issued now. APSCHE conduct web counseling for admission for academic year 2011-12. All qualified candidates need to attend certificate verification at helpline centers. Processing fee certificate verification is Rs. 400 and Rs. 200 for SC / ST Candidates. After verification candidates need to exercise web options through edcet.apsche.nic.in on web.

Following is the Rank and Subject wise Schedule for Certificate Verification: B.Ed. Course Fee Details for academic year 2011-12 in Government / University / Aided Private Colleges: Varies from Rs. 2700 to 13500. In Private Unaided College: Rs. 13500 and Special Fee: Rs. 3000.

Certificate verification start from 25th August. Ends on 4th September. Web Options entry and Certificate verification Subject wise in edcet.apsche.nic.in.

ePass 2011-2012 Renewal Application Registration

ePASS - Electronic Payment & Application System of Scholarships 2011-2012 Started.



e-Pass Renewal Application Form 2011-2012 started from 2nd July, 2011. Officials of Post metric Scholarships started the new renewal application form filling suddenly with out any prior intimation to students. Apart from application submission, candidate need to submit Income declaration Form given by authorities. ePass 2011-2012 Fresh Application submission starts after the completion of Eamcet Counselling 2011. Students can fill ePass 2011-2012 Renewal Application Registration by entering their Application Number, User ID and Password which was generated at the time of Application Editing /eZpay Card Verification. If the candidate forgot this ePass user name and Password they can generate new password by request. Click on the Link where you found " Forgot UserId or Password " to get New details directly to your mail.



In the previous years, the process of renewal done by entering the Application number and SSC Details etc.,But this year this procedure changed and Renewal of ePass Scholarship Application done by filling Application Num. ,User ID followed by Password. We tried Now by entering one of the applicant details, but it was returning an error with "Error: Wrong Application No. / User Id / Password ". By this we can conclude the service not yet started full pledged.



Candidates need to submit their ePass Postmetric Application forms from 2nd July to 31th July, 2011 at http://epassrenew.cgg.gov.in/StudentRenewal2011.do. Now most of the students did not verify their eZpay Cards to get the Scholarship. We think that this service was not enabled now. Expecting this will be renewed soon. Stay tuned for more details...

AP Eamcet 2011 Spot Admissions B.Tech Colleges Waiting for Get Lower cut-offs

Cut-off marks of 45% to 35% required for admission bring more to fill AP engineering colleges

75,000 seats vacant now after the first phase of Eamcet engineering seat allotment, the of engineering college managements are looking for decision of state government to reduce the cut-off marks in Inter to 35 per cent from the present 45 per cent. Engineering college managements have already put pressure on the A.P government on to write to AICTE to reduce the cut-off marks and save hundreds of colleges from closure. More than 256 colleges across the A.P face the risk of closure as they recorded admissions of less than 100.

The managements showing examples of reserved quota students particularly SC and ST cannot pursue engineering courses because they have not got the required marks. AICTE had for the first time introduced minimum cut-off marks for engineering admissions from this year. It fixed cut-off marks of 50 per cent for open category students and 45 per cent for reserved quota students. It later reduced the cut-off marks to 45 per cent and 40 per cent respectively.

Engineering college eyeing on 50,000 students will be eligible for admission if the cut-off marks are reduced to 35 per cent for all students. In Andhra Pradesh 78,596 engineering seats are vacant after the first phase of seat allotment.
